And so it was; three gentlemen got together in Notting Hill to discuss just how good a Gin they could make if they placed no practical, fiscal or geographical limitations on its creation.

The distillery is in the heart of England. Unlike all but a handful of Gins, Martin Miller’s is batch distilled like malt whiskey. They only distill in the traditional manner, strictly adhering to the tried and tested techniques that have always produced the finest gin spirit.

The beautiful Angela, the grand dame of Martin Miller’s, was made well over one hundred years ago by John Dore and Co, the Rolls Royce of spirit still production.

And their quest for perfection doesn’t stop there. While everybody else just add the necessary water to reach bottling strength and bottles their product there and then, Martin Miller’s take theirs on a 3,000 mile trip to Iceland and back. Why you may ask? The purest softest water on earth….

Since 2003 Martin Miller’s has received consistent recognition of excellence as shown by the following awards – 3 times consecutive winner of Double Golds at the San Fransisco World Spirit Competition 2006 – 2007 – 2008.
