We take data security and privacy rights of our customers seriously. Your personal data is only used in compliance with our Privacy Policy as set below. By continuing to use any of our services and subscribing to our newsletter, you thereby accept this policy and agree it will apply.

All data we collect is kept secure under strict access controls. This data will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any third parties without your consent.

WHAT DATA WE HAVE

We keep an emailing list to bring subscribers offers and services of their interest, including weekly special offers, tasting and wine dinner event and updates. We also store personal data they provide us, such as phone numbers, postal and delivery addresses, only for the purpose for wine delivery at Victoria Wines.

We collect standard Google Analytics data from our website page views which does NOT identify individuals who access our website. We collect technical data such as IP address, location, browser and browsing information but we are not able to tell what any single user or page viewer has looked at.

Registered users have their first and last logged in times recorded. User visiting our site without having registered for an account may do so anonymously, although their data is still recorded by Google Analytics in the same way.

If you contact us by email, we generally have a copy of that email correspondence which may be used for reference on occasion.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR DATA

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area. By giving your personal data to us, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps necessary to ensure that your data is secure and in compliance with this privacy policy.

WHY WE COLLECT YOUR DATA

We would like to regularly keep in touch with subscribers and notify them about promotions, wine events and anything that might be of their interest. We respond to any enquiry, order or other requests received via email or site messaging, while we aim to meet obligations to or under any legal or governmental body or requirement.

OPT OUT

Anyone who no longer wishes to be included in our mailing list database or be a member of Victoria Wines may request removal of their details and associated data by emailing info@victoriawines.com.hk. We will handle such requests as soon as we can so as to avoid providing unwanted information. We welcome you to resubscribe at any time!
